4. Methods of processing
Data will be processed by electronic and/or paper means, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, data minimisation and security laid down by the GDPR.

Provision of data is voluntary; however, failure to complete mandatory fields may prevent the correct submission of the request or the addition to the directory.

No automated decision-making processes or profiling are in place.
